The shadow within this contents page really makes the image stand out on the page. However i do not feel like there is enough text within this contents page and the image may be too large.
The colour scheme within this contents page appeals a great deal to me. However once again i feel as though the image is rather large leaving the text subordinate.
The layout of this contents page has a great appeal to me. The ratio between text and image is what I hope to gain as I believe you need text as well as images on a contents page.
Again the layout is the same as which I hope to strive for. However I believe this colour scheme to be to bright for my audience and genre.
The black and white image dominates this contents page. I love the black and white image and the one main colour being red in this page.
This contents page is the worst I found however I did like the use of the bigger number on the images.
This image subvert the usual codes and conventions as it does not use gaze theory. The amount of text I believe to be enough but more images could have been used.
My favourite contents page out of them all. The ratio between text and image is what i hope to gain as I believe you need text as well as images on a contents page. Also the subscription option is a great idea.
Again another image which I believe is far too big for the page and I believe more text is needed to show stories.
